2 days till Weigh In

Time to reflect early.... I have had a loss, yes. I know I can do better though and I want the next 2 days to serve as a LAST CHANCE TRAINING session. I have set the alarm to exercise an extra 15 mins both days and will wear the HRM to measure the incidental stuff. My nutrition has been about 70% and I want that at 90%. A morning tea shout at work meant I gave in a little. An ice-cream today at Movie World and a pack of M&Ms today.... oops. Lucky I had no cheat meal then!

So.... the next 2 days I will go intense and hope to get under that 84kg mark come Wednesday weigh in!!!!
